Worked more on the mixed media piece. I love swallows. Every year, swallows nest in our barn and they flit about above our garden and it`s such a joy to see them fly around with such freedom. This painting has got lots of mixed media layers, including: writing, collage, stencils, markers, acrylic inks, crayons, heavy and matt acrylics. π
Working on a new mixed media project. These colours give me an instant serotonin/ dopamine boost. Drugs? Who needs them when you have magenta, orange and teal in your life!!! π

Hello good honourable groovy friends. π I`m excited to let you know that I`ll be presenting on the wonderful Sarah Peyton`s Resonance Summit again this year! π
This year the focus is on childhood healing and so for my session I will invite you to honour your inner child and explore the needs that were not met during your early life.
Through colour, play, and gentle expression, we`ll create a colourful butterfly (using childlike and imperfect shapes) that holds space for your healing, growth and transformation.
We will try to paint with the spirit of our inner child and choose supplies that we loved as children (like glitter and crayons eeee!).
