✨ Creative Sanctuary with Tam & Jen ✨
Hello, lovely ones!
Somewhere at the end of last year, the wonderful Jennifer Westcott asked if she could interview me for her podcast. Jen is a therapist who uses art to support healing, and of course, I said YES because using the creative process for healing and personal development is SO my thing! 🙌
Turns out, we really clicked, and before we knew it, we were saying:
“Shall we do something together for YouTube?”
And so… here we are! Creative Sanctuary with Tam & Jen was born! 🎉
In our very first session, we hopped on Zoom, painted, and had a heart-to-heart chat. The focus of our conversation was on the “inner child”, which inspired this meaningful art journal spread! It was such an intuitive process, letting my inner child guide the colours, marks, and story. 😊
I love how Jen, like me, isn’t afraid to go deep, face the shadows, and share vulnerably; qualities that make our creative space truly special. ♥️
Our first video is now LIVE on YouTube, and I can’t wait for you to join us. Whether you want to follow along with the creative process, simply listen, or enjoy the artful vibes, this is a sanctuary for everyone!
✨ Watch the first episode here ✨
We’re thinking of making this a monthly thing, so if you enjoy it, let us know in the comments and subscribe so you don’t miss future episodes!
Big hugs & happy creating,
Tam x 💕
Seen on the Socials!
I have a beautiful art doll on my art desk and she brings me peace every day. I shared her again on Facebook and many of you remembered creating a doll like it on Life Book a few years ago! 😊 I can’t wait to play with clay again, I’ve been craving to work with clay again! Soon! 😊 In the meantime, if you haven’t done this class yet, check it out here. It’s so meaningful to make an art doll like this!
Uplifting/ Nurturing Message of the Month
Have a wonderful rest of your week!
Much love, Tam 💕
