Willowing Arts Affiliates Policy

‘We’/’us’/’our’ refers to Willowing Arts Ltd.

Affiliate Prerequisites

In order to qualify as an Affiliate for Willowing Arts, you must be partnered with us as a collaborator/teacher on one or more courses running at willowing.org. Affiliates will be paid the affiliate referral fee for the courses on which they are teaching/advising/promoting. For purchases made on courses and classes on which they are not collaborating, they will not be eligible to receive a referral fee.

No general member of the public or other businesses entity will be entitled to become a Willowing Affiliate.

Cookie Policy

A cookie will be placed in a user’s browser, which attributes Affiliate’s link with their purchase. Cookies are placed by the final referrer – i.e. if a user has previously visited willowing.org via Affiliate A’s link, then subsequently Affiliate B’s link is clicked, Affiliate B will be regarded as the final referrer; thereby receiving the referral for that user’s purchase.

Cookies are set to expire after 30 days, so as long as a user makes their purchase within 30 days of clicking your link (and without subsequently clicking a separate referrer’s link), you will be awarded the referral for their purchase.

Commission Rates

Commission rates are paid as a percentage of the subtotal for the product being purchased. Affiliates will not receive a percentage of any additional taxes, delivery charges or other secondary costs that may be added at the checkout.

Percentage rates of commission will vary from product to product. Affiliates are to ensure that they read all documentation sent to you regarding the affiliate program and its related products.

Affiliate Payment & Contact Policy

We endeavour to pay Affiliates for their successful conversions in a timely and fair manner. However, in the past we have held onto monies due for payment to Affiliates for long stretches of time. In doing so, the cashflow of the business has been affected and, as such, we have had to begin limiting how long we can hold payment monies if we cannot reach (via email or other means) the Affiliate in question. Please read on for the contact and payment Terms.

Following a completed campaign, Affiliate payments will be calculated. Once calculated, affiliates will be paid their earned percentage by Willowing Arts. If Willowing Arts already has Affiliate’s payment account information on record, the payment will be made into this account.

If Willowing Arts does not currently have Affiliate’s payment details, Affiliate will be contacted via the email address they have provided. If Willowing team does not receive a response to this first email, a follow-up email will be sent within 72 hours. Following second contact attempt, a third email will be sent within 1 week. If no response is received to all 3 contact attempts, then Affiliate forfeits their claim to the monies earned.

Payments will be made one month in arrears and payments are always made between the 7th and 10th of each month. For example: Affiliate earns £125 between May 1st and May 31st. Affiliate is then paid £125 between 7th and 10th June.

Changes to Affiliate Policy

Willowing Arts reserves the right make changes to the affiliate program at any time. Affiliates will always be notified ahead of time of any changes that directly affect them.
