Welcome to the 5 day replay of the very first Life Book Creativity & Wellbeing Summit! On this Summit I have interviewed a range of Life Book 2019 artist teachers and chatted about creativity & wellbeing amongst other things! Not only that, each teacher has prepared an inspiring Summit Activity especially for you! These activities are intended to get your creative juices flowing and will put you in touch with the amazing healing power of your own creativity!

Toni is a mixed media artist and teacher who loves to work with 2d and 3d arts, and can be found alternating between her art studio one day and pottery shed the next. Her style is loose and organic, spontaneous and free-flowing,
She says: “I follow my soul and its callings. Evoking emotions through art is my ultimate goal, aligning with spirit during the process is my journey.”
She loves to scratch and scribble with a piece of charcoal, splash around washes of watercolour, watch it all drip, run and merge into something magical.
