Welcome to the 5 day replay of the very first Life Book Creativity & Wellbeing Summit! On this Summit I have interviewed a range of Life Book 2019 artist teachers and chatted about creativity & wellbeing amongst other things! Not only that, each teacher has prepared an inspiring Summit Activity especially for you! These activities are intended to get your creative juices flowing and will put you in touch with the amazing healing power of your own creativity!
I’m really excited to be running this summit for the very first time. I have LOVED chatting to all the Life Book 2019 teachers and look forward to sharing all the interviews and activities with you!

About Tiare:
Tiare is a mixed media artist and instructor.
Born with art in her heart she lost her way from her art for about 18 years. It came back to her life in a burst of emotion and anxiety. By practicing techniques of self-love, positive self talk, and action which also helped her to overcome other areas of struggle, she now enjoys her art in a free and inspiring way.
Her art reflects the wonderful women (and sometimes men) who informed and continue to inform her life…her mom, neighbors, teachers, friends, 2nd and 3rd mom. Black women. Strong women. Smart women. Beautiful women. Loving women.
Her art is inspired by positivity, peace, determination, growth, courage, happiness, love and fight. It creates a space where happiness, love and courage dwell.

“Life Book, a celebration and honouring of YOU” is a year-long mixed media art class organised by Tamara Laporte from Willowing Arts. Tam is joined by 32 incredible artists, crafters and healers who are all gearing up to share their art, crafting and personal growth techniques with YOU!

With a holistic approach to creativity, self-development and healing, you’ll be creating several loose mixed media art journal pages per month which by the end of the year you will bind into a glorious journal (a Life Book)!
