Welcome to the 5 day replay of the very first Life Book Creativity & Wellbeing Summit! On this Summit I have interviewed a range of Life Book 2019 artist teachers and chatted about creativity & wellbeing amongst other things! Not only that, each teacher has prepared an inspiring Summit Activity especially for you! These activities are intended to get your creative juices flowing and will put you in touch with the amazing healing power of your own creativity!
I’m really excited to be running this summit for the very first time. I have LOVED chatting to all the Life Book 2019 teachers and look forward to sharing all the interviews and activities with you!

About Sarah:
Sarah Trumpp is a weird muppet girl living in the wilds of New York with her husband and an ever-increasing gaggle of kids that don’t belong to her. She is a mixed media artist, yoga instructor, and volunteer firefighter and can’t really believe it’s already Tuesday, let alone almost 2019. Sarah strives to encourage the entire world to unleash their inner weirdo and let their lonely wild child dance in the rain.
Sarah’s art style can loosely been described as “what is THAT?!” She loves layers, watercolors, and gold leaf and is equally obsessed with both stencils and her dip pen. When not painting or art journaling, she can be found sculpting, making dolls, needle felting, sewing, soldering, and trying to find the best glue to attach paper to vinyl records.
