Welcome to the 5 day replay of the very first Life Book Creativity & Wellbeing Summit! On this Summit I have interviewed a range of Life Book 2019 artist teachers and chatted about creativity & wellbeing amongst other things! Not only that, each teacher has prepared an inspiring Summit Activity especially for you! These activities are intended to get your creative juices flowing and will put you in touch with the amazing healing power of your own creativity!

About Ady:
Ady Almanza is a full time mixed media & journal artist. Originally from México she moved to Germany 25 years ago because of love.
As a child she carried around a sketchbook everywhere and you could find her, drawing, doodling and creating her beautiful dolls.
Her passions in life are her family and painting. She loves to explore a variety of mediums and she especially enjoys painting in her art journals. Ady creates beautiful whimsical ‘doll-like’ characters which she paints to make the world a little bit more beautiful. She aims to tell a story through the facial expressions of the characters she creates.
She is married, has one son, many fur babies plus some chickens, too!
